White facing a stronger sicilian player.

What would you try, KIA or Closed Sicilian, against a sicilian player?
In a Closed Sicilian should white play f5 as in the King Indian Defense and
try to open the g column after the g4-g5 advance?
Or
I would recommend to choose a Closed Variation, but try to put your king
knight on e2
the scheme, depending of course of your opponent replies (nothing
automatic) would be
pawns at e4 and d3
knights in c3 and e2
bishops at g2 and e3 (but you will to handle Black's Nd4)
and short castling
then try to go on a kingside attack
best regards
