The reason for the fuss is that you, Wayne Praeder, have wasted our
time including 57 postings up to now writing and forcing us to read
about a problem which does not exist.

In no instance has a player ever been banned from playing in all USCF
rated events, although there have certainly been players who deserved
to be banned. Ralph Martinelli, otherwise known as "Big Ralph", now
dearly departed, comes to mind.

I don't think anyone has suggested that the USCF try to force an organizer to
accept entry from a member. The USCF only has the capability to withhold its
services or branding to the independent contractor through due process.

It appears to us that you, Wayne Praeder, plan if elected to try to
force organizers to accept entries from all members, "The Naked Guy"
being cited as an example.

Lastly as I pointed out he USCF sells it's memberships representing that a
member would have the "right" to play in USCF-rated tournaments and we now know
the USCF has no obligation to honor such terms.

this topic, so that now we know that if you are elected we can expect
you to waste our valuable time by talking about a problem which does
not exist, in this instance the "banning of chess players", so that we
will not have time to discuss the serious and important issues, such
as the fact that we have no money.
