Actually, Isaiah 40:22 is proof that you are mistaken about the ancients
believing that the Earth was flat.


Uh...how is it that you -- a mere mortal -- knew enough to capitalize the
word "Earth," while the interpretters of the Bible spake of mere dirt (or
earth)?


Isaiah 40:22 - It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth


Apparently, either somebody mucked-up their translation, or else it was not
believed (i.e. known) that *the Earth* was a planet, one of nine which revolve
around the Sun, which itself is but one of innumerable such great lights in the
sky.




"And I will strike down upon thee with great vengence and furious
anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers,
and you will know My name is The Lord, when I lay my
vengence upon thee."
