Out of interest, did any US journalists go to Sveti Stefan to report the
match? If they did, who paid their hotel bills?


Yasser Sierawan went, but I don't recall the others. Several Fischer books
were published immediately afterward, and this is sufficient to show a
commercial connection. However, the press may be immune -- freedom of the
press, and all that jazz....
