Well, I've figured it out.

Sloan spends $250.00 a year to run for the USCF's EB -- which basically
boils down to a poor showing in which he doesn't even get HALF the votes
of
the person/people who ARE elected -- and posts a long, nonsensical,
jealous
speculation of what's going to happen in New Windsor once the results are
released. In the next few years to come, Sloan will probably attempt this
exercise in futility ten or twenty more times, spending thousands of
dollars
in the process, using money that could be better spent feeding his
numerous
his illegitimate children. Of course, that's too responsible for him, so
I
suggest we here at RGCP come up with a plan to help budget poor Sammy
while
still allowing him to indulge in his favorite pastime: Getting his ass
waxed in USCF elections.

So how 'bout this: Sloan sends everyone who posts on RGCP a one time,
flat
fee of $100, and we agree sigh to put him on the ballot and allow him to
regurgitate his nonsense on Usenet without telling him how stupid he is
after he's once again beaten like a rented mule in the election.

Of course, this may mean Sloan has to get a JOB (or at least renew his
expired taxi license), so we may have to wait a bit for the cash. With
all
the regulars on here, I figure it might only cost him a few thousand.

So how 'bout it, gents? Is a C-Note enough rent for Sloan to occupy your
killfile?

Nope. I'm holding out for $100,000. For that, I'll even vote for him and put
his bumper sticker on my car.
