to be respected. I don't. Kasparov, the reigning WC, was never
defeated by any of the FIDE impostor WCs. Kramnik is the only
legitimate successor to the title.

FIDE is a johnny-come-lately in the chess world. The only
authority they possess is that which they have usurped.
