Hardwa Dual AMD 2400+ 1 cpu each

I'm using a Dual Machine (with 2 Cpus) and each engine uses its own cpu. So
Permanent Brain is fine.

Turn permanent brain OFF. Otherwise, two engines will fight for CPU
power and there is a possibility that one engine is getting unfair
advantage over the other.
