In an article on Page 2 of USA Today on August 3, 2006 about Radio
Talk Show host Delilah, it is mentioned that Frank Niro, former
Executive Director of the United States Chess Federation, is writing
his memoirs.

The article states:

"Some former listeners have become good friends.

"Frank Niro, onetime executive director of the United States Chess
Federation, met Delilah when she worked in Boston. Today he's living
in her backhouse at her farm while he writes his memoirs."

Delilah lives near Seattle.

I am sure that it will be a good book.

Probably because of the ruin he was driving the USCF into - secret
deals, etc. I doubt if he meant it literally, but one could also point
to a certain EB board member who cranks out vanity autobiographies and
is considered by some to be a shady character....
