Post subject: Sloan/Marinello Suspensions

The Executive Board has voted 4-1-1 to lift the posting rights
suspension of Sam Sloan, effective immediately, and to
rescind the suspension of Beatriz Marinello, which had been
stayed pending appeal.

(Marinello abstained, Sloan voted against the motion.)

My understanding is that this also wipes the slate clean in
terms of past infractions on both Sloan and Marinello.

The text of the motion, as provided by Bill Goichberg is:

We drop the charges of violation of confidentiality against
Beatriz, reduce Sam's suspension so that it ends now,
wipe the record clean, and work on updating the rules as
they refer to confidentiality based on what has occurred.

making chess more popular? Promoting the game across the US at schools,

I was elected to get rid of the enemies. Tanner, Erik Anderson and AF4C
are gone. Next will be Goichberg and Channing. Dubeck and Marinello
want me to stop Polger from being elected. Those are my next
priorities.
