as is known) never played a game of chess. It is a well-known variant of a very popular opening. |

I believe 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 e5 5.Nb5 d6 is named for the guy who invented that type of machine gun (the AK-47?). Whether he played chess, I don't know. |

Some other possibilities: Bishop's Opening -- I've never heard that commedian Joey Bishop ever played chess. King's Gambit -- ditto for comedian Alan King. The Chase variation of Alekhine's Defense (1.e4 Nf6 2.e5 Nd5 3.d4 d6 4.c4 Nb6 5.f5) -- Salmon P. Chase was far too busy in politics to bother with chess. Göring Gambit -- ditto for Hemann Göring. Hedgehog System -- I don't believe hedgehogs can play at all. Paris Gambit (1.Nh3) -- Paris Hilton's chess ability is probably less than a hedgehog's. |

You are correct Sir! Dracula may be another possibility but I'm not sure he existed. |

All righty! What kind of new car do I win? A Lamborghini would be nice. |

At the least I expected a Yugo once owned by Vitcor Hugo. |
