It's called Fortyth-Edwards notation (FEN) and it describes a chess
position. The easiest thing to do is to copy it to the clipboard and
tell your chess software to `paste position from clipboard' or
whatever the exact command is.

If you want to know the details of how it works, have a look at

http://www.very-best.de/pgn-spec.htm#16.

(The last period is part of the URL, alas.)

The other thing you need to know is that `Sandra Mohammed' is an alias
for a thoroughly obnoxious chap called Jason Repa. If you attempt to
explain to him why White can or cannot win from that position, he'll
just insult you, so, in this case, don't bother.

I mean *Forsyth*-Edwards Notation. Apologies for the typo.
