When are they going to update the ratings and post the August
supplement ratings?
I went to ww.64.com/uscf/ratings and it says that the next update will
be on July 18, 2003.
But it is past that date already.

Check out msa.uschess.org, ratings from the August supplement have been
available there for around a week.
