It depends on your rating.
These all are very good:

- Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual (ChessBase) - cbh version of his book, must read
for every 1600-2000, and not just read, but do a serious work, also:
http://www.chessbase.com/newsdetail.asp?newsid=1364

- Comprehensive Chess Endings by Averbakh (Convekta) - classical, without a
rival endgame reference, must have for everybody serious about chess:
http://products.convekta.com/664/2/

- Chess Endgame Training by Alpert (Convekta) - similar to CT-ART 3.0, good for
any rating: http://products.convekta.com/442/2/

- Theory and Practice of Chess Endings by Panchenko (Convekta) - similar to
Strategy 2 from Convekta, has a very good theory section for novice and
intermediary, but not very many exercises:
http://products.convekta.com/557/2/

- Chess Endings, Essential Knowledge by Averbakh (Le Due Torri) - multimedia
reprint of endgame classics. Very interesting multimedia book.
Here is how it looks like:

Here is Averbakh's word on the book:
