Default Diary Problem 27 (Advanced) Forced mate (+- 15 moves)

After the cochrane gambit opening black ends up 4 pawns down and a sure
loss.

But white doesn't only smell yummy pieces, but an upcomming mate as well.

2r2n2/p5Qp/3pk3/q2N4/3P4/8/PPP2PPP/R5K1 w - - 0 23

White to play and mate.
btw. it's a mate in max 15 moves. sorry for that.
