1. d4 Nf6 2. e3
{An impressive move, no doubt the future of chess. This also works
against 1...f6, the feared "Ranty-B defence",
the originator of which, I can't remember his name right now,
suffered from schizophrenia caused by server addiction.}
2... d6 3. Bd3 e5 {Why not?} 4. e4 exd4
5. Nf3 Nc6 6. O-O Bg4
{Similar to Scotch gambit now, with 3-4 tempi down for white}

12. Qb3 Bxf3 13. gxf3 Nc5 14. Qc2 Ne6
{Black has excellent compensation for his extra material}
15. Qd2 Qh4 16. e5 Nxe5 17. Rxe5 {Risky! The alternative was
fixing a meal for his cat} 17... dxe5 18. cxd4 Nxd4 19. Qe3 Rae8
20. Nd2 Re6 21. Qe4 Rg6+ 22. Kh1 Qxf2 23. Qxg6
{I confess that I overlooked this defensive resource completely.}

Repetition won't change your identity, Werner.
