Try www.winboard.info. You'll have to cut-n-paste the EPD text into Notepad
or something, then save. The unique thing about the file available there is
that the castling rights are given ONLY if it is legal under classical chess
rules. Therefore, you can use the positions in this file to play against
any engine, even if they don't understand the FischerRandom castling rules.
If you prefer a file with the true FischerRandom castling rights, it's a
simple matter of search-n-replace so that the castling rights are 'KkQk' for
all positions. (This has already been done for you... visit
http://www.chesswarrior.com/frc/frcfen.html)

Hope that helps.

May be the following could help you, too:

FullChess FEN-Editor and Position Generator
(Fischer Random Chess / Chess960)

This chess game utility permits an editing of chess positions, particularly
for Fischer Random Chess and its castling rules, but of course for the
normal game of chess too. Every square can be marked. Edited positions
can be copied as FEN-string or HTML-snippet e.g. into suitable news-
groups, a HTML preview is supported. Any position graphic can be
saved as PNG or BMP file. The user interface understands German or
English language.

Download (version 1.3.2, german / english),
self decompressing archive, 380K, see following link.
