"King's Indian Defense by FM Thomas Wolski" - Chess Mentor Course
Aficionado is pleased to announce the release of a new Chess Mentor Supplementary Course on openings, "The King's Indian Defense by FM Thomas Wolski." This new course follows Wolski's extremely successful openings course, "The Sicilian Defense," released last November. The new course contains 40 richly annotated challenges chosen from all of the important systems in the King's Indian Defense and is suitable for players of all levels. You will learn all of the basic opening principles for both White and Black and also come across many original ideas and novelties. Players with Elo ratings up to 1800 and perhaps even higher will benefit from this new course. Novices may have some difficulty with these challenges, but will gain a good introduction to the King's Indian and the main strategies for both Black and White. Aficionado will start shipping this course Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2003; the SRP is US$24.95, as are all Chess Mentor Supplementary Courses. If you are not acquainted with Chess Mentor, the most effective computer-based method for learning and improving at chess for players at all levels and ages, please visit our site at http://www.chess.com. Download the free Chess Mentor Demo at http://www.chess.com/demo.html and try it out. Regards, Pete Roberts Aficionado, Inc. -- |
