Where do you think you had a win? In my opinion you had several
chances to secure a draw but none to win.

I think white can have some prospects to win the endgame in two moments
but those were a not obvious (and nor clear) ones:

- After 28...Kd7: black king is in danger and white pieces maybe can
exploit it ... but to exchange rooks was not the best option.

- In the pawn ending after 45.g4 g6 white can obtain a passed pawn in
the kings wing, but maybe it's not enough to win, or maybe it's, ... the
only clear thing is that 46.h4 allowing to break white structure with
46...h5! is not the best option.

I agree. I did look at the game only in the queen endgame and later.

I think Black can win the pawn endgame after 38...Qb5+ instead of b5.
Black attacks with the king on the c-file, the white king has to
defend.
White can't let the black king to c3 so he can only move his kingside
pawns.
As soon as the white pawns advance the black king attacks the
kingside. White's king can't defend the kingside but is also too far
away from Black's queenside pawns.

It took me some time to figure it out. The game is decided on the
queenside. 45. Ke3 (45. f5 draws because the h-pawn is as fast as the
c-pawn) 45...Ke6 (45...Kc4 is losing as is 45...h5 46. f5 gxf5 47.
gxh5) 46. Ke4 (46. Kd4 h5 47. Kc4 h4 48. Kxb4 Kd5 is a draw) 46...h5
(46...Ke7 47. f5 White creates a farside passed pawn; 46...Kf6 47. Kd5
Ke7 48. Kc4 Ke6 49. Kxb4 Kd5 50. Kb5. The white c-pawn is faster than
Black's h-pawn) 47. Kd4 Kf6 (White forced the black king one extra
square away from the queenside, 47...h4 48. Kc4 doesn't help) 48. Kc4
Ke6 49. Kxb4 Kd5 50. Kb5 Ke4 51. Kc6 and the c-pawn is faster than the
h-pawn by one move.

The losing move was 48. f5. 48. Ke3 Ke6 49. Ke4 Kf6 50. f5 d5+ 51.
Kxd5 Kxf5 draws.
