Default Move Analysis Software

Hi.

I was wondering if there is there a software that given a board and the
color to move, will give a ratings of all the possible moves that could be
made (e.g. 5 for a good move, 1 for bad moves, 3 for average moves and so on
in some scale).

It would be really nice if I could run it through a whole bunch of files
and get a ratings for each one of them (as contrast to a point and click
one).

The point is to get a very rough rating for a chess player by the moves made
in a set of boards (and corellating it with other things). The literature
has a grandmaster analyze the moves and give a score based on his opinion.
But, maybe there is a software solution to it.

Thanks for your help.
