Default training openings

I´d like some recomendations about training software for openings.

I´d like a program that´s various openings but I prefer to know the
puspose behind every move than have a lot of variations and no info
about whats better or whats being used, so basic a program that has
very good explanation about openings.

I searched for some and I found:

Chessbase:
- ABC of CHESS OPENINGS

Convekta:
- Compreensive Chess Openings 2005
- Openings Instructor

Which one is best? There´s others?

Thanks

Nininho

The most popular opening ebook in Bookup format is the London II by FM Chuck
Schulien because it does such a good job at explaining the purpose behind
the moves. You can use the free Bookup program to view it, but the London
II is a commercial ebook.
