Default Kasparov Vs Fritz ( X3D ) Nov 16 2003 Game 3 Suspiciously easy win for Kasparov

Based on how strong Fritz has been so far in Games 1 and 2 is anybody
else suspcious about how badly Fritz played against Kasparov in Game 3
? Is there any possibility that match rigging is going on (
unbeknownst perhaps to Kasparov ) to keep publicity up for the event
till the very end ?

"In the early stages, Kasparov built a wall of pawns that restricted
his opponent to ineffective moves that were ridiculed as "silly" by
experts at the New York Athletic Club venue." from:

It's not suspicious at all. For many years, when playing computers, Gonzo has
made the consistent mistake of trying to outplay the systems, tactically.

In game three he adopted a classic anti-computer strategy and it worked.

You could try plugging the position (after the pawn chain was locked up)
into some other computer program and see how it fares... Most chess programs
(AFAIK) would flounder around about as well as Fritz 2.5D did - the
programming doesn't handle exceptions to the rule terribly well it seems.
(the 'rule' being 'dont move pawns in front of a castled king unless you
have to').
