Hi, I have an old Novag Sapphire (I) that still works fine, but its
battery compartment lid and accompanying chess set are badly damaged.
The Sapphire is a very strong opponent, but IMO the quality of the
software is not matched by the sturdiness and durability of the
hardware. (The body, for example, is a thin, brittle plastic casing.)

I am looking for replacements for the damaged parts. If anyone has an
old, non-working Sapphire in good physical condition that he/she is
willing to sell or give away, please email me. I am really just
interested in the battery lid and the magnetic set. TIA. --J.
