DONNA JEAN TESI WEDS BRIAN LAFFERTY, LAWYER
LEAD: The marriage of Donna Jean Tesi to Brian P. Lafferty, a son of
Mr. and Mrs. Raymond R. Lafferty of Hicksville, L.I., took place
yesterday at the home of Jean Needy, the mother of the bride, in Hyde
Park, N.Y. Town Justice Matthew P. Fitzgerald of Hyde Park performed
the ceremony.

The marriage of Donna Jean Tesi to Brian P. Lafferty, a son of Mr. and
Mrs. Raymond R. Lafferty of Hicksville, L.I., took place yesterday at
the home of Jean Needy, the mother of the bride, in Hyde Park, N.Y.
Town Justice Matthew P. Fitzgerald of Hyde Park performed the
ceremony.

The bride, who will retain her name, is also the daughter of Raymond
Tesi of Palm Harbor, Fla. A graduate of the University of Vermont, she
received a master's degree in public health from the University of
California at Los Angeles and is a nutritionist with the Bureau of
Nutrition of the New York City Health Department. Her father is a
chemical engineer for the Square D Company in Pinellas Park, Fla. Her
mother was an account executive with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner &
Smith in White Plains.

The bridegroom, a senior litigation associate at New York law firm of
Leaf Sternklar & Drogin, graduated from Franklin and Marshall College
and cum laude from the New York University Law School. His mother,
Helen M. Lafferty, retired as a real-estate broker and his father, who
is also retired, was a property manager for the Metropolitan Life
Insurance Company in New York.
