Default internet chess club question, how do i find the command console?

internet chess club question, how do i find the command console? i asked
this on the newbie help channel and they said that 17 admins were looking
for an answer, but i never got an answer!!

What interface are you using? There is more than one piece of software
that will do the job of connecting to an ICS.

More than likely you were using it!

Even during a game, you can drop the "say" option down to "command" and start
typing commands. They appear in the window you originally asked your question
to the newbie help channel.
