Yes indeed and with some further checking
it will also play on in perpetuity in such
thrilling scenarios as B+N vs B, B+N vs R,
K+P vs K where the defender has the
oposition and so on. Without a 50 move
rule Git Club thinks it is winning and thus
the game will never end! Make one wonder
what percentage of the GitClubs "wins"
should actually have been draws doesn't it.

Normally this happens when Computer is winning, Then Player can resign

Just to state the obvious which apparently escapes you ....

By definition The Computer is NOT Winning at this
point. The human player or GitClub itself would be
entitled to claim an immediate draw. So At Best
The Game Is Drawn and could possibly be lost if
the human opponent were able to make a capture
or pawn move at that point with advantage.

Clear to you now? There is Absolutely No
Justification for the human player being forced
to resign when they are entitled to an immediate
draw!

Heck, play chess at FICS www.freechess.org and play against 1000's of
humans
or 100's of computers of varying strength, and it's free. Makes no
sense to pay

Sanny ---- you need to understand your value proposition relative to
competing value propositions.

Someone showed me other sites are taking $50/ year Subscription fees.
Do you think that below rates are still high?
Get 1 year Chess Subscription (~ 600 Games) $50.00

What should be the rates as per your thinking that will attract a lot
of people.

It is a combination of rate and value. ICC costs more --- $60.00 per
year --- but with thousands of players including dozens of computer
opponents, lectures, relays, tournaments, etc., many people obviously
feel this is a good value for the money. Playchess is very busy also
and costs (IIRC) around $30 per year. Both of these sites offer far
more than GitClub offers at present.

Ask yourself WHY people would want to pay for GitClub when other sites
offer much more for comparable prices?

I ask myself why pay at all? FICS is free, has as many players as I$$
and
the babaschess interface is way better than that spyware crap I$$
uses.

I realize that you want to recoup some of your investment in your
site. But you are up against competition that is so far superior that
you will have a hard time of it. In my own case, since I have limited
money to spend, I would not pay even $10 per year for GitClub because
I would rather put my money into something that offers more value.
