Yes gc saved the bishop but how will it stop the advance of the A-B
pawns ..?

You've misread it. It's just an exchange of pawns, then queens on b5.
19.Rxb5 is RxQ.

This makes no sense. At move 19, black has nothing that can move to
d7. Further, to allow 21... Rc7, he's going to have to play
19... R(a/f)c8, which leaves the Ne7 unprotected. So why doesn't
white play 20.Bxe7 ?

game ..I wish i had that recoded..
