Default What has happened to DGT products in the US?

Every site has dropped them or claimed they are out of stock, and House
of Staunton is no longer making pieces for them?

Has the company gone under? (DGTprojects is still up, but there does
not seem to be any coverage in the states).

Has the Citrine taken them out? What has happened?

they should have them. If not our UK company can supply one to them
quickly

Thanks for the ad, especially since they don't carry it on their
website, and I don't know if they ever did.

And while I guess your UK company could supply them, this is hardly the
kind of relationship I want with a multi-hundred dollar piece of equipment.

And ignores the original question...

Anyone know why the US sources have stopped?

Huh? Chess4Less has a number of DGT products on their web site. Did
you bother to use the search?

And why would you jump down a guy's throat for trying to help you?

Um yes, I found their clocks. I went through the menus. And there was
no mention of the boards on any of the menus. Thanks for the search
tip, because I did find them there. It does worry me a bit to purchase
an item of this expense when it is not featured on their site at all.

As they aren't on the menus, and on other sites, they are all "out of
stock", I still ask is there some issue?

(I wasn't really jumping down his throat, but I am sure he is thankful
for your Usenet sensitivity response. I for one am grateful. Do you
know why the DGT boards have in general dried up in the states?)

Cheers

I'm sorry about being snippy.

I didn't see anything on the menus themselves, but I got a list of
products when I typed DGT into the search.

I saw a couple of DGT board products on there. One was the DGT Fritz
Sensory Board:
http://www.classicalgames.com/Mercha...teg ory_Code=

Another was the DGT Fritz Sensory Board and Clock Combo:
http://www.classicalgames.com/Mercha...teg ory_Code=

And another was the DGT Fritz Sensory Board and Fritz 11 Combo:
http://www.classicalgames.com/Mercha...teg ory_Code=

Is this what you're looking for? Apparently, these items are still in
stock.

I don't really have an answer to your question, other than maybe these
products are too expensive.

Tony
