I can get CM9000 to play in the Junior GUI but in engine matches it plays each move in milliseconds. I want it to take its time and think in long games. How can I acheive this? What is the parameter?

I have no luck filtering on only the number of moves and can find no help on the topic. (no help from CB is another issue!) I have recently been asked to help in the setting up of a tournament with 3 other teams. I have been called in late and asked to help with a bit of a pickle. There are 4 teams total, all with 10 players (40 in total).
