I currently am interested in getting Chessbase 9 but I'd like to know those of you who bought the product on Windows XP...were you forced to reboot your system after installing the product...or could you use it right away without rebooting. We could save us all a lot of time if in replying to any message we delete the previous message in the reply box. Yes it does take a few seconds but it makes it so much easier to study a stream of replies. Otherwise you have to scroll past all the old messages with each reply. I'm sure this has been asked before, but how does one merge the 6 pieces EGTBs in Hyatt's ftp space, i.e. the 4 vs 2 with pawns? It's not immediately clear how to merge all the fragments for a particular EGTB, i.e. how can I tell that I have every fragment?

I have Hiarcs for Palm loaded onto my Tungsten C. Small problem: I cannot bring up the menu system on it. On the website it says to "You can access the menu system by tapping the Palm Menu icon usually found at the bottom (left) of the screen on your device." The T-C doesn't have this, and the equivelant button on my T-C brings me back only to the main palm menu. I emailed Mark at Hiarcs....
