Goichberg and me; The gay story by samsloan
I am considering writing a book entitled: Goiberg and Me: The Whole Story In all these past forty years, I have only told two or two people what really happened between me and him. I have kept quiet about it all these years to protect him and his family. Now that it is apparent that it will be a hard election campaign, I

Fritz 10 - Full Analysis Window - Fritz 10.png (0/1) by Stephen Michael
I was wondering if anyone knows how to save and restore the full analysis window of Fritz 10? Most times, the analysis takes four or five hours and it is more convenient to do this in the middle of the night. So the next day, I would like to see and read what happened. How do you save the analysis and natural language comments? Thanks in advance for your help if you know how to do this. Stephen...

They did Scrabble, why not chess? by Wilma
I just watched a game of Scrabble on TV, and they made it interesting. If they can do it with Scrabble, the right folks could do it with chess. Who are the right folks? How 'bout Susan Polgar and a revolving guest analyst? Wilma

Why end game not so Well? by Sanny
GetClub Chess always beat me and my friends in Opening & Middle Games. Even after Advantages in middle game, When End Game comes it is unable to play well. Why it is unable to play well in End Game. When it has extra Rook it is unable to CheckMate. It keeps on playing Check moves and unable to do the Check Mate. since all moves looks equal to it.

Move validation on webserver by raita@pambu.com
Hey guys, I'm running a correspondence chess community online where approx 2000 members are active per day playing their games. Everything is programmed in PHP and Javascript, including the function to validate each move, but now I need to optimise that particular part. Question 1: Is it easy to make a "link" between my PHP-webserver (apache) and a standalone app running in the background only...

chess board animation applet or software by Alan
I'm looking for an applet (or something comparable) to use to illustrate simple board positions and post them to a web page. Ideally, there would be some animation (nothing fancy required) to show a sequence of moves and positions. I'd expect a sequence to be executed in a popup window, but I'm open to alternatives. I've found several ChessBoard applets here and there through google queries,...

I filed ethics charges against Joel Channing, Don Schultz and Bill Goichberg by samsloan
I've team up with Beatriz Marinello. She's my friend and on my side now. We're both going after Channing, Schultz and Goichberg. I already filed ethics charges against the 3 stooges. If I can destroy Tanner, I can destroy them too. Vote for me in the next election. The USCF needs 4 more years of me. You can support me by donating money at www.samsloan.com. Sam Sloan

Randy Bauer and Mikhail Korenman are gay by samsloan
Bauer and Korenman are both gay. I'll expose them the same way I did to Tanner. I'll make sure that Polgar, Bauer and Korenman will never be elected. I'll do whatever it takes to stop them. Vote for me for another 4 years. Sam Sloan

"Rob" wrote: What you have posted does not demonstrate that Phil is anti anything. Odd, isn't it, the way this "Rob" only posts when defending Phil Innes? It's almost as if Phil himself got a Google Groups account and pretends to be "Rob." The "two" of them write with the same style, exhibit the same lack of knowledge in the same areas, and never, ever disagree. None of this is proof, of...

Turing's other contribution by Chess One
It is less known about Turing that he amplified his work into biology and especially to gene studies, and wrote a paper ei.cs.vt.edu/~history/Turing.html The Chemical basis of morphogenisis, which generated much study after the second world war, and has recently achieved more interest in several scientific sectors, since it investigates pattern. It should be noted that the terms in use in...
