Default Why the extra game as White?

I see that Kramnik will get an extra game as White?!?

Why is this. It makes no sense to me.

14 games. 7 as White each.

It this a tournament or what?

They both play 7 with white you must have misread.
Also how can you play 1 more game with white than your opponent with 14
games?
It would be 8-6 then and that's 2 games more.

No doubt you read that Kramnnik will have one more game (than Leko) with
White IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE MATCH. In fact, this is why he chose to
play the first game with Black.

That's it, Eamon. Thanks.

The way it was worded, I thought Kramnic got an extra game somehow,
which of course makes no sense mathematicly or any other way.
