Default Training for the Tournament Player... still available?

Does anybody know if (and if so, where) I can still buy a new (unused) copy of Training for the Tournament Player, by Dvoretsky?

If by any chance, the book has been revised and published under a new name (and by a different publisher)... that would do...

If anyone knows of a copy in German, that would do too...

I'm not looking for suggestions of other books by the same author, or other books about chess insights or anything...

And I almost forgot, it's an email purchase I'm talking about here...

It's not a matter of life and death, but I hope somebody can help me...

Pilchuck Books
2821 Wetmore Avenue, Everett, WA 98201
(425) 303-0345

Used & Rare Books,...I was in there the other day and they had THREE
(!) new copies of it...I looked them over 'cause I hadn't browsed
through my copy in a while. Give Tom, I think that's his name, a call
and I'm sure he'll send it to you where ever and how ever you want
it,...If I remember right, they were going for $12-13 each,...Hope this
helps!

mars, unknown new german or english copies - you can get most dvoretsky
titles in russian from www.ruschess.com

dvoretsky did some training last year in iceland and elsewhere so perhaps
there are non-russian versions circulating.
