I saw some interesting discussions and tips about practicing blindfold
chess in this group. My question is, When visualizing the board while playing the black pieces, is it advisable to picture the board flipped (like it would be if you were playing over the board) or is it better to just picture it consistently whether playing white or black? Thanks Sekhar |

I have not read anything on this specifically, but it's easier for me to
flip the board than to try to play from the "wrong" side. Even so, I have a harder time visualizing from the black side than the white side. "latvian attack" wrote in message ups.com...
