Is Ubisoft Chessmaster 10 a good engine?

I have read many reviews about Fritz 9 being a better engine than
chessmaster 10 but I wonder in real live terms how good is chessmaster.
The question is even if Fritz 9 is a better engine how likely is that
chessmaster 10 could beat a grand master?

Neither would lose many games to even the strongest GMs. For the average
guy on the street, both engines are stratospherically strong.
