Hi,
I've been playing chess off and on for the last 30 years- don't really get much of a chance to play. Most of my friends are into X-boxs or computer games. My favourite opening is the old pawn to king 4. Recently I've met another player who (as white)does pawn to queen 4. I usually counter that with pawn to king bishop 4. or just pawn to king 3- followed by a development of the queen's pawn. My question is - is there a good easy to follow book for chess openings? Which would you recommend? Cheers! YM |
