Default FIDE always wins?

KIRSAN ILYUMZHINOV QUOTED AT CHESSBASE

"All the decisions taken during the match are legally proper, which is
confirmed by the firm of attorneys cooperating with FIDE for more than
ten years since I became a president. They are lawyers of International
Sports Arbitration Court. This is why FIDE always wins in courts -
all our decisions are based on juridical documents, and not emotional
statements."

Didn't this court in Switzerland award Anatoly Karpov $50,000 and
Susan Polgar $25,000 when FIDE stripped them of their titles?

Interesting, I didn't realize or remember that Polgar was dope tested at
that event.

I doubt very much it was "random" that Polgar was selected. Was she the only
person
tested at the event?

The only US player, and near the end of the competition, when the result
would be silver/no medal, as Larry says. Phil
