Default Tartan/McKay Book 4

This is a long shot, but I'm trying to find out which book was #4 in
the Tartan/McKay trade paperback series from years ago.

#1 Ideas Behind the Chess Openings, Fine
#2 The Middle Game in Chess, Fine
#3 Basic Chess Endings, Fine
#4 ???
#5 My System, Nimzovich

Thanks for any possible leads.
