Human players can be strong/ weak any one can play. There is no
restriction based on level of play. However you can view ratings to know how good your opponent is. Like Taylor Kingston & Nomorechess have highest Rating. If I want to play against computer, I can use the Free engines installed in my system. No need to use a online service. When, You are playing do you need to change board pieces or you think on the game. The board and peice looks an ugly feeling for me. Different persons like different color and look and feel. Beginner Level makes moves in 10-20 sec. It is not time Control but Level Control. Just like Humans take different time for different Moves the Computer plays with Fixed depth Level. So u must say that. The information on the site gives me wrong indication. You can do it with just a Click. I mean drag and drop option . Not click and click option. That is because your Computer is slow or you have opened lots of sites. Do not open more Browsers during Game Play. Lol, What a brilliant answer. This is the drawback of your SITE not my system. I ma using a PIV 3.0 MgHtz with 512 MB RAM I dont think this is a slow PC. Do u think? It is a new Site. Soon you will find 5-10 players always ready to play. How much time it will take ? 5-10 ? Servers like FICS or ICC offer 1000. COnsider that factor. Why One want to play Those pop ups have some messages (Draw/ Resign etc) For What ? To disturb user ? |

ups.com... Higher than mentioned by you. Does it matter ? The rank of a guest player is always pawn. That is all. By the way waht is your ID at playchess ? Google my usenet posts and then you will know. |

"Jerzy" wrote http://www.chessclub.com/helpcenter/...s_download.php Okay, thanks. It looks better than blitzin, judging from the photos. Hmmm, after a while of using dasher I think blitzin is still better than dasher. Jerzy, its a work in progress. Why don't you give a list of things you would like it to do that would make it compare to the Play Chess Interface. I'll make sure they get to the programmers. --Duncan |

I wrote to you in a separate mail what I think. The navigation is what matters here. In playchess.com it is very easy to navigate. On ICC Blitzin and Dasher are comparable in navigation which is not that easy as in playchess.com. Of course Dasher has some improvements over Blitzin but I am accustomed to Blitzin. |
