Default Chronos repair

Where can I get the Chronos repaired? The LCD has given up the ghost. Is DCI
still in business? I called the phone # I found for them, but no one
answered. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks.

You might try www.chronosdealer.com

It's not clear to me what their relationship is to DCI but they offer
repairs @$12.99
with a 2-8 week turnaround per their Support list. Anyone have experience
dealing with them?

Regards,
John

DCI is in business as far as I know. No need to call. Just pack the
clock securely and send it (use USPS delivery confirmation) to P.O.Box
address listed on the back of the manual. If it is within warranty
period include supporting documentation. If not, include a check for
$20.00. If that won't cover the repair they will let you know.
Otherwize you get your clock fixed in couple of weeks. That worked for
a few people I know.

This clock seems to be very unreliable.
