Three online book vendors now say 1/31/07, and I think that is probably right. Last week I got a message from buy.com informing me that they had a few copies. I placed an order but it hasn't been shipped yet, so I am beginning to doubt that they really had copies. However, I think Jan 31 is probably it. -- Replace you know what by j to email
