I was on the site for several hours today and I can verify that Steve
was indeed there with the name Chess Sadist. I also saw Repa there and he had his picture in the profile. There was nobody from Alabama there period. This is the state where SBD lives. Like many folks, I don't list a lot of my personal information on playchess. In fact, I fly the Finnish flag as a tribute to some of my chess composing friends from there. Sometimes I'll change to Germany, my mother's country of origin. If Jason/Steve wants to play me, he can contact me like a man and stop the insults and agree to match conditions, as well as discontinuing to post from multiple addresses. If you wish to be party to the same discussion, feel free to let me know. I've asked Rob Mitchell to serve as arbiter; one could hardly say that he is a friend of mine, and since he coordinates all the other matches, it made sense to ask him. I don't know if he will, but it is pretty obvious that we won't come to terms otherwise, and this way, Rob could invite any interested parties to observe the next grudge match. I realize your testosterone level is at its highest right now, Jason, which is why you feel compelled to post again and again your insultfest, but if you want to play chess, you have to at least act half-way like a gentleman in scheduling such a match. If you don't want to email me, email Rob - and if you do email me, send him a copy. I agreed to play on playchess, which was a concession, but Larry Parr's constant denigration of my life condition was a challenge I could not ignore. Certainly Repa can do the same, and make a concession, instead of expecting me to show up for a match on 5 minutes notice, or show his true colors. 'Nuff said. Do it or not... I am secure in my chess career, evidently you are not. |

If Jason/Steve wants to play me, he can contact me like a man and stop
the insults.....bla...bla...bla You've been contacted, you've been told, you've been given plenty of opportunities to play but you backed down with a different excuse every time. First it was your "arthritis", then it was some other nonsense about wanting an email first, etc, etc, etc. Even now you're making it crystal clear to anyone brighter than a fruitfly that you're not interested in playing because you STILL won't even provide your Playchess user ID even though Steve has provided you with his. Give it a ****ing rest you pathetic idiot! Even now as I'm writing this I'm on Playchess waiting but as certain as death and taxes you're going to come up with ANOTHER nonsensical excuse. My Handle is "Dr Rev Cal Qusz", so anyone else who wants to be a witness can see i'm there and the Alabama coward is not. It's not like this senile old moron has a shred of responsibility or anything else to attend to. All he does is make posts on usenet groups all day. What the idiot is probably planning is to try to get some ringer IM or GM to play in his place. That would explain why he wants to wait for days and "schedual" this for some time in the future. You backed down repeatedly like the worthless snivelling senior citizen pansy you are. This has been proven REPEATEDLY. Time for you to shut the **** up. JMR and agree to match conditions, as well as discontinuing to post from multiple addresses. If you wish to be party to the same discussion, feel free to let me know. I am secure in my chess career, evidently
you are not. SBD, you're really a damn riot! Is this how you get your thrills? By bull****ting people on the internet? Is this your evolution from the ringing of door bells and running away you did in your youth? You were nowhere to be found on the playchess server at any point today and that's exactly the way you want it. You've been asked numerous times for your ID there but you continue to refuse to give it because you don't want anyone from this group to know how weak you really are. As has been said to you several times before, to which you still won't acknowledge, you haven't even played a rated chess tournament in 2 years. You're probably playing in the 1600-1800 range now. After all, you're a beaten down old man who never was very much in his best days, let alone now. I hate to be the one to break it to you buddy, but you've never had a "chess career". You don't even have a FIDE rating. LOL! Why don't you run along and be an annoying little troll somewhere else! |

One last time - contact me for a match or don't.
As to my chess career, it's rolling along quite nicely now and I seem to be in the best "shape" of my career - just not as a player, but as a composer and editor. As I said - last time - contact me or Rob regarding a match - or just continue your insults. I won't be paying attention to them, no matter what alias you post under. Have fun, little man! |

Dr Rev, my handle on playchess.com is Schachkomponist, and even though
speed chess is certainly not my thing at my age, I do still outrate you by a few points.... Again, have fun with your monkey **** fight at the zoo! |

Actually, I outrate you by about 200 points old man. The lies never stop with you do they. You even admitted yourself that you're a 2000- 2100 player. I'm a 2200 - 2300 player in speed chess. And unlike you, both my internet and OTB ratings have value because I play regularily. You haven't played a tournament for 2 years. You're definitely no better than around 1700 OTB. And there is no "Schachkomponist" online at playchess. Do you really believe that there is a single soul that doesn't already know you're an idiot, a coward, and a chronic liar that has no intention of playing? JMR |

Have fun, little man! There you go with this "little man" garbage? You've repeated this phrase to everyone whom you're arguing with, which is pretty much everyone you talk to, so it's pretty obvious that you're the little man here and are projecting. Oops, another "biggie" word for you to look up. This one might take awhile for you to try to comprehend. As has been repeated numerous times to you already, you haven't played a tournament in 2 years and you're probably no better than 1600-1800 now. You're clearly aware of this as you still won't tell us what your playchess.com id is even though you've been asked for it numerous times. You've backed down, not once, but THREE TIMES from people who were willing to meet you for a game. You keep making post after post here so it's obvious you have the time to play right now. There's no need to schedual anything. Do you really think you're fooling anyone? You're just too much of chicken **** coward to play. Face it Steven, you're a loser with no life and no responsibilities. You probably live alone in a tiny flat somewhere where you spend your days annoying people on the internet. Some "career", LOL! |

You are a loser buddy, and you'll always be a loser. You have less significance in this world than a cockroach. I have no alias, Jason, my name is well-known and out there, and part of my email address! You know it as well as anyone here. I backed down from no OTB match, I simply wasn't going to travel to Canada based on your challenge - again, it seemed to me you were the one with the point to prove especially since I outrate you by aprox 200 points, and you didn't make an offer to play on-line. That I would have had to decline as my rheumatoid arthritis makes it impossible to play chess well with quick time controls. I can only hold a rating of 2100-2200 (where I currently play - playchess.com) in quick time controls as I simply can't move as fast as I used to. But sure, travel here with the money you offered to play for (but not those worthless Canadian $$), and I'll be happy to play a match with you. Anytime, you just travel down here to play and its on. Now that I am retired, I have a lot of time to play chess. Steven B. "Less than a cockroach" Dowd Now, let's wait for the angry, yet empty reply of the little boy Jason. I would be happy to coordinate the match on chessworld.net. We could even have the game annotated. All Jason has to do is sign up and agree to play. Rob Internet corr. games is not "playing chess". It's computer & database vs computer & database. Don't pretend like you don't already know that Rob. There are two sites where cheating (in fast games) is not possible. ICC and PlayChess. I would have played this coward SBD at EITHER of those sites, but alas, he knows he's a weakling compared to me and would lose badly so he backed right down as predicted. Jason, People who want to cheat are going to cheat. I never assume anyone I am playing chess against is a cheater. If they beat me by themselves then they are better than me. If they use a computer they have not proven anything except they are cheaters. There is no dishonor in losing to a better nor is there in losing to a cheater. The only dishonor is in not competing. Rob Whether you want to call it "being resourceful" or "cheating" is a matter of semantics. The simple fact is that EVERYONE who gets a decent rating in corr. chess uses both chess engine analysis and databases. If you refuse to believe this, it's your problem. The fact still remains. Modern corr. chess is a form of chess studying, not playing. You can learn alot from this form of the game assuming you don't just mindlessly run the engine and database reference but also are a knowledgeable player who thinks about the position before using the computer assistance. If you want to actually compete against another human who has to think for himself you have to either play him (her) OTB, or fast games on a secure online server such as Playchess or ICC. BTW, what's your OTB tournament rating Rob? JMR My OTB rating is non-existant because I don't play OTB. My rating at chessworld.net is currently 1425. Everyone doesn't cheat. Learn how to read Rob. I didn't say "everyone" cheats. I said "everyone with a decent rating" in corr. chess uses both engine analysis and databases. 1425 is nowhere near "decent" in any interpretation of the word. I was pretty clear in what I said. Were there any words you didn't understand or is this just a 1400 rated mentality of trying to "win" an argument? This really isn't about your little philosophical opinions of what's proper etiquette to play corr. chess. I really couldn't care. You proposed that this would be a good venue to settle a dispute about who the better player is and I spelled it out for you in a way a 5 year old could grasp why it wouldn't. If you still don't understand you never will. Perhaps that explains, at least in part, why you're a patzer. I will play anyone, anytime. Sorry, I don't give free chess lessons to insolent 1425 rated weakies. JMR lol Like I said. I have nothing to prove with you or anyone else. I play to learn and I play because I enjoy it. You are a very cynical person. I find nothing true in anything you have said. Play or don't play. I care not. Rob |

This seems to match your recollections of your play in USCF tournaments, which is about 200 points lower than you claim. When I posted you on the server to try to set up a match, you were sitting at 2092, and the feeble old man was at 2133. This must be some sort of Canadian new math. Back to the delusional insultfest.... |
