Attorney Brian Lafferty has been suspended from posting to the USCF
Forums. The reason becomes obvious when you see the questions Mr. Lafferty has been asking, including the following: Posted: Sat Mar 17, 2007 10:52 am Post subject: A Financial Question for Ms. Polgar On 3/16/07 Ms. Polgar stated in this forum: "I am all for doing good things for kids as my foundation has awarded around $400,000 in scholarships in the past few years to young players." I have reviewed copies of the Polgar Foundation Federal form 990 filings for 2003, 2004 and 2005 which are open to public inspection. Nowhere does it appear that $400,000 dollars in grants were made by the foundation in those years either as individual years or cumulatively. 2003: Gross Receipts $4,158 Grants Listed $400 (0ne grant) Total Program Service Expenses $400 Net Assetts $3,684 2004: Gross Receipts $25,672 Grants Listed $000 (one grant no amount) Total Program Service Expenses $000( none listed) Net Assetts $13,431 2005:Gross Receipts $62,812 Grants Listed $5,500 (one grant) Total Program Services $5,500 Net Assetts $39,112 The 990 returns for 2006 are not yet available. Ms Polgar, are your foundation's form 990EZs inaccurate or has your foundation NOT made some $400,000 in grants over the past few years as you have stated? Brian Lafferty |

Brian Lafferty This is a perfect example of what is going on at the USCF Forums. Attorney Brian Lafferty asked the above question. Soon thereafter Hal Bogner and several others expressed opinions on this subject. Then, the entire thread was deleted by one of the moderators. No reason for the deletion has been given. It is obvious that Polgar is a protected person and that nobody is allowed to ask her embarrassing questions. Sam Sloan |

Do you know the difference between a prostitute and a lawyer? The

Because he's gay and he's Sam Sloan's lover.
Someone really needs to sue you and get a judge to have you mentally evaluated and then medicated. |
