Yes, but he would have been banned for cause, not as a preemptive measure.
That would make a difference in this legal situation.

The better prepared you are with YOUR case the less likely it is for
the court to see things from the other point of view. So, what TB is
saying it totally correct.

With a well thought case, you do two things. You look like a sane
individual, and you get Ray off your forum. Both of which are good

the USCF Forums.

No will not tell you what it was and I hope that Bill Brock for once
in his life shows some discretion and does not post it here.

I immediately complained to the moderators (the first time I have ever
done that) and it was promptly removed.

This matter is so gravely serious that I believe that Chris Falter
should receive either a long term suspension or else a permanent ban
from posting to the forums.

Wow, what a load of bull****. Susan claims she was a virgin way into her
20s. No doubt she was the second coming of the Virgin Mary and her kids are
Jesus and Joseph.

The loser *******s that have so much to say about Sloan are probably
closet-cases who have molested tons of kids and are afraid that Sloan might
bring some attention to them.

All in all, reading that page of USCF postings makes me glad that I don't
spend a dime on the USCF and that I do not support the kind of human garbage
that is involved with the USCF in any way. The hypocrisy is so thick there,
it is pitiful.
