Default Tough Competition at GetClub.com Chess.

This month Chrisf and Zebediah are fighting knife battle to win this
month Prize. It is not the Prize amount but the will to come first is
forcing them to struggle hard for a win.

Games Played at: http://www.GetClub.com/Chess.html

Zebediah : Points Awarded 57.6
Wins: 24 {He played with Higher Levels}

chrisf : Points Awarded 57.3
Wins: 37

Chess_Freak : Points Awarded 7.9
Wins: 7

nomorechess : Points Awarded 4.3
Wins: 4

One can see Zebediah & Chrisf have only difference of 0.3 points. It
is still unclear who will take the crown when the month ends.

When looking for all Games Played and the Ratings.

Nomorechess is still at the top
Second rank still Taylor Kingston.
Third being captured by Chrisf
Zebediah fall down to Fourth Rank from third Rank.

Taking a look at the ratings of the various levels of
the chess program, it is clear as to why I am still at
the top of the heap despite severely limited possibilities
to play. Some of the levels are now in the 500's,
whereas at one time they were in the 1,000s or more.
Moreover, the possibility of gaining a significant number
of rating points points toward playing other human
opponents rather than the severely depressed computer
program. One example is the Advance level, which I
believe is now somewhere between 500 and 600 -- a
laughable situation when you consider that at times,
this level plays as well as decent club players. As
such, these ratings can hardly be taken seriously,
and this is attested to by the fact that over time the
program has improved, while at the same time falling
dramatically in rating!

Help-Bitch, all you understand, or will ever understand, is how to plug a
position into fritz and mindlessly regurgitate it's output. You lack both
the intellect and courage that's involved in REAL competition. Do you think
i'm the only one here who knows why you always hide behind an alias?

Should I give forced rating ie

Beginner Always has 1000 Rating,
Easy always has 1200 Rating
Normal Always has 1400 Rating
Master Always has 1600 Rating
Advance Always has 1800 Rating.

Or should I reset ratings of all to 1000 So that new players do not
get low ratings while they are beating a strong game with beginner
level

The contraction "it's" stands for "it is" -- not the possessive
of "it". This is a common error, especially among those with
a low IQ. I know it's difficult, but keep struggling and one day
you just may get there.

You lack both
the intellect and courage that's involved in REAL competition.

Very good! You got it right that time. Keep practicing,
Skippy. A low IQ is by no means an insurmountable
obstacle. "Where there's a will, there's a way."

Do you think
i'm the only one here who knows why you always hide behind an alias?

Only a pathetic imbecile would mindlessly assume that
having what is known as a "handle" other than one's real
name must be the result of a desire to hide one's identity!
LOL

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anecdote:

A long time ago, I found myself attempting to establish
my real name as my handle on, I believe it was, the
Earthlink network. Much to my surprise, the computer
flatly rejected this, insisting that someone else already
had taken it! I was given the suggestion of Vinny111
or something to that effect, which I did not like at all.

From that day forward, I have taken the liberty of selecting
a handle which did not include some randomly-generated
number, for to me, this is more dehumanizing than any
artificial name I could devise. How would you like it if you
went to play at Playchess.com and were told that you
could *not* play under the handle of "JasonRepa",
because Rob Mitchell (or somebody else) already had
taken that name? I expect you would not be a happy
camper.

At any rate, each time I have switched ISPs, there
comes a point where I am just sitting there, unable to
proceed with the installation and log on process until
I make up my mind as to my new handle. After about
ten minutes, I determine that I can't go on sitting forever,
and so I begin to type something... anything. This part
of the process is anything BUT my choice, as I detest
it. And constantly being told that whatever I type has
"already been taken" hardly equates to an attempt to
hide behind an alias.

The truth is, your fellow dimwit, Larry Parr, immediately
began his ad hominem guessing game when I showed up
here, and I was having a good deal of fun keeping him and
his mindless cronies in the dark (not that that requires any
effort). Soon, their desperation and hopelessness became
something of an addiction to me, like nicotine. Their
numbers continued to grow, like a fungus, and I still derive
some small pleasure in seeing the mindless drones latch
onto Mr. Parr's fantasy unquestioningly. :D

Actually Help-Bitch, the low IQ types like yourself are the ones who get
hired, usually at something close to minimum wage, to do the menial clerical
work such as checking spelling/typos, making coffee, making sure the copier
has enough paper, etc. At least you know your role. That's pretty good for a
moron.

Keep backing down and hiding behind your numerous and sundry aliases you
pathetic little coward. You've backed down from controntation your entire
life. All you're doing now is the information-age equivalent of what you did
in your youth....ring doorbells and run away. You've probably never been in
a fight your entire life. When someone wants to beat your brains in you just
run and hide.

Were you beaten and humiliated by your parents Help-Bitch? I'm trying
to understand how someone could develop into such a pathetic and lowly
little creature. You're afraid of everyone and everything. You clearly
have absolutely not a shred of a social life, nor do you have a
career. You spend an enormous amount of time, and energy, composing
your nonsensical posts. They are all riddled with lies,
disinformation, and are definitive evidence of your severely low level
of intelligence. Being a Usenet troll is your full time job. The
hilarious thing is you're not even a chess player, yet you're King of
the Trolls in a chess Usenet group!

Skippy is quite good at bullet-chess. His eye-hand
coordination has been honed to a fine edge despite
frequently being drunk and off his prescribed meds.
Indeed, despite a severe lack of mental and social
development, Skip has become like the Rain Man
character played by Dustin Hoffman -- very good at
one simple task. It is interesting to note that despite
his mental handicap, Skippy has an amazing ability
to quickly shift wood with a computer mouse, often
winning on time against players with twice his IQ!

I don't know why everyone wants to pick on the poor
boy. I mean, is it his fault that his development has
been severely retarded? Is he responsible for being
born a cretinous blob of frustrated ectoplasm and
hair? Not that I wish to point a finger at his parents,
but hey, where were they when the developmental
phase was supposed to ensue? Where were they
when Skippy was supposed to be learning to get
along with other kids, or when he was supposed to
be attending school? About the only thing they (if
indeed he can be supposed to have had two parents
and not just one) got right was in familiarizing the
poor creature with computers and the mouse.

Most interesting is the fact that he only made Expert because the
CFC
added one point per game to each player's rating under 2200 active
from 2004-2006 - else he would still be a lowly A player. According
to
the CFC, some players gained as many as 200 points from this rather
dubious sounding adjustment.

I understand that "Skippy" Repa is so dumb he thinks "Homo Erectus"

Repa has achieved a new title. He is a "MASTER-BAITER"

LOL

I don't think he will figure that out.
