Default Dr. Bernstein wins on time

....against Teichmann, in the fourth round of San Sebastian 1911, after
playing 14. Qa4. Is there a story here?

Best regards,

A comment on the game at chessgames.com[1] says,

``According to a book about the Tournament I have, Teichmann lost by
time due to a confusion about the control time. It was 30 moves/
2 hours, but the first control was at 1st hour (15 moves).''
