Take a look at Susan's latest screed at:
http://susanpolgar.blogspot.com/2007...ise-of-us.html In it, through postings by others, Susan attacks Bill Goichberg six times. She only attacks Sam Sloan four times. It is well known that Susan will delete any comment with which she disagrees. Thus, any posting that remains on her blog for more than a few seconds will be something with which she agrees. Here is what her top poster writes: Anonymous said... Nothing will happen as long as these same people are running the USCF. Everyone can see the conflict of having Mr. Goichberg run his own for profit Continental Chess Association and non-profit USCF. Your events are a direct competition to his CCA for profits events. I have nothing against Mr. Goichberg but this has gone on too far. I hope you and your team of Korenman, Bauer and Truong will be elected so positive changes can finally start to happen. Good luck! Sunday, May 27, 2007 6:36:00 AM As to why Susan would suddenly start attacking Goichberg even more than she attacks Sloan, the reason is obvious. A few days ago Goichberg dropped Polgar from the list of candidates he is supporting and shifted his support to Lux instead. This has put Goichberg on the top of Polgar's enemies list. Sam Sloan |

Goichberg strongly supported Polgar until recently, even though his
wife Brenda was opposed to her. I suspected all along that Goichberg supported Polgar only because he figured that she was a sure winner anyway and it is always good strategy to support the eventual winner. Someone at the Chicago Open reports that Goichberg now believes that Polgar will be defeated. Sam |
