I would recommend the Radio Shack TRS-80, a very
fast and reliable machine, not unlike the Commodore
64. Of course, if you're on a tight budget the Atari
2600 might fit the bill; it's not a real computer but it
does come with great games like chess, Asteroids,
and Breakout!

My house is sucking down my money , i had a new roof put on last year
and now this year i am going to try and get new windows and sliding
glass door , mine suck big time....
I have wine taste on a beer budget..ha ha Maybe next year paint

"Why rent, when you can own for less?", the ads go.

But in reality, factors such as skyrocketing property
taxes, along with the vastly greater maintenance and
upkeep on a house are downplayed (as are certain
issues related to renting).

Perhaps you can find a half-decent computer system
on Ebay? You know there are lots of people who feel "the
need for speed", and who consequently are compulsive
upgraders; their old hardware has to go somewhere... .

i am sure i can get a real computer , i guess it is not about the
money it is more this webtv is simple and easy to use and it does not
get viruses...id buy a new one if i get one..
