"Susan and Paul have resisted the temptation to name names"? That has
to be the biggest joke ever. Everything they write on their blog
involves a personal attack on somebody, or usually several people, by
name.

As to your other point, Yes, it is widely believed that if they are
defeated in this election, they plan to go out and form their own
organization. Let them go ahead and try. Competition is good. I wish
them well. Just as long as they do not take any more of our membership
dues money.

It is widely believed that Susan thinks that Eric Moskow will give her
one million dollars to start a new chess organization. I do believe
that Eric Moskow has a million dollars. I do not believe that he will
give it to Desperately Seeking Susan.

**Actually, the writer above is talking of 'naming names' and I haven't seen
much [any?] of that. While Sam Sloan might think everything is personal -
other people are addressing more systemic aspects of chess management, which
is a subject Sam Sloan might not recognise as any board function, at least,
he has not demonstrated any such awareness.

**The only widely reported aspect I know is that Eric Moskow has said on the
record that Sam Sloan has somewhat over-stated his relationship with him,
which seemed casual, brief, and absent these past 25 years. What Sam Sloan
should continue to know of Mr. Moskow's intentions is as mysterious as why
he thinks other people [than himself] should 'get their hands on the money'.

**Indeed, neither has Mr. Sloan noticed that this is not the first million
dollar punter who has expressed some reservations about himself.

In this case why is she running for election to the USCF board?

That is the question. Why is she running for the board?

The presumed answer is to gain control of the $3.2 million in annual
revenues the USCF receives. There seems to be no other answer.

Well, to be fair, Sam retracted that as well and has not
insisted that GM Leko is still dead. Also, it does seem that Sam was
hoaxed by some other person in that case.
Yes. And it is too be recalled that I was speaking on the phone to
Susan Polgar during the events in question and she too had heard that
Leko was dead.

That was back when Susan and I were close friends, before she
discovered that I was just another "evil chess politician".
