You have as one of your first acts as moderator deleted an entire
lengthy thread that was started by me and had more than 20 replies.

You have made obvious your dislike for me over the past months.

How can you claim to act impartially in your new position as
moderator?

Of course you have never read the TOS for Yahoogroups. So you would
know that the language, tone and content of the majority of your posts

As a parting observation....it might be good for any new/radical departures
from established praxis to be pre-announced and dates of implementation. Even
most delegate actions (on pricing) take effect the following January -- not
the next day!

Eric is exactly right that under the new "Tim Sawmiller Rule" links to
the USCF website are banned and any postings containing such links are
to be removed.

This has been going on for nearly a week and everybody has objected.

The fact that neither the board, nor the Executive Director nor the
FOC has been unwilling to take any action against the bizarre behavior
of this new moderator who has apparently deleted dozens of postings
within just a few days shows the incompetence of all of them.

If he would provide us with the headers showing us where these emails
came from and where they were sent too, we might be able to figure out
how he keeps getting them when he has been officially suspended from
my group.

Chances are there is a simple explanation which he does not want us to
know about.
