It's in considerable doubt, since the only person stating USCF archive
materials were sold on Ebay is the RGCP's resident chucklehead.

Oh, I'm sorry. When you said, `Canadian message', I naturally and
rather arrogantly, I must add, assumed that you wer speaking
English. You see, in the English langauge, a `Canadian message' is
a message from Canada or, perhaps, from a Canadian citizen.

Don't josh around you dork! You cut the reference you asked for - to
be able to then abuse others.

It is unfortunate that I cut the sentence that contained the word
`Canadian' as this has given you a spurious reason to attack me.

LOL - your spurious attack was unfortunate, for you?

The
use of the word `Canadian' in that sentence does not, however, justify
your description `Canadian message', as I have already stated.

You said it already, so its so?

Look Dave, this is about a collection of material donated to USCF's archival
material which wound up auctioned for private gain on e-bay.

That is exactly it. Should you have a more substantive point then I failed
to understand what it is.

Lots of books move on ebay. SOme members keep their "sellers id"
hidden. This is one such example of a hidden id. This isn't one of the
objects in question, to my knowledge, but there needs to be an
inventory tracking system of assetts.

Why? Is there a comparable tracking system for meat-space book shops?

This should be easy to settle. All Mr. One has to do is point to the
eBay auction involved. Surely, he can do that?

All Mr Sloan would have to do is read the citation already raised, AND try
to understand what it means. I could provide [again] one of those, but not
the other.

To be fair, eBay expires old auctions so, even if Phil's story is
true, there might not be any evidence extant on ebay.com.

I don't see a "citation". Perhaps you snipped it?
